Shipping policy

All of our products ship to countries such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Puerto Rico, Brazil, South Africa, India, Mexico, Colombia, Singapore, and Malaysia

All of our products are shipped and delivered by Yanwen, UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS.
Delivery time is approximately 12-15 days.

Among other things, all orders will be processed within 1-2 days upon receipt of your order confirmation.

Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 11-13 days to arrive at the recipient’s address.

If you require express delivery (approximately 7-15 days for delivery), you will need to pay an additional fee of USD 10 per kilogram per item (depending on the nature of the item and the weight of the item). In addition, some items cannot be shipped by express delivery. Please refer to the product page, shopping cart page and checkout page for details.

To package every order, we use sturdy boxes with internal protection to ensure safety throughout the shipping process.

If you receive an email via email confirming that your package has been shipped, regardless of whether you purchased a tracking number, this means that your order has been processed and shipped to the delivery facility. Once your order status changes from “Processing” to “In Transit” it means your package is on its way, so please be patient and wait for your package to arrive.

We cannot change the shipping address once it is in transit. If you need to change your delivery location, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at sales@auxilab.tech.
